The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in commercial litigation, including managing all elements of case work-up and trial preparation including drafting and reviewing discovery and motions, depositions, settlement negotiations, and court appearances. Polsinelli is particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support our national practice. Additionally, they must have the ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively.
