Nelson Mullins is seeking to hire a Litigation Partner to join its litigation team in the Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate has strong complex commercial litigation experience working in a mid-size or large law firm. Experienced in complex commercial litigation focusing on complex business disputes in both federal and state courts. You represent companies and partnerships across diverse industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, energy, high-tech manufacturing & distribution, banking, real estate, and construction. You have a minimum of twelve years of meaningful litigation experience in complex commercial litigation. You are skilled in all aspects of litigation in both state court and federal court, from drafting pleadings and managing discovery to taking depositions and arguing motions. Your expertise extends to trial advocacy and case management, ensuring efficient and effective representation. You are recognized for your clear and persuasive communication, both written and oral, you excel at building strong relationships with clients, ensuring open communication and trust throughout the legal process. You have excellent academic credentials and are admitted in good standing with the California Bar. No portable business is necessary for this position.
