We are seeking a self-starter with excellent communication skills who, effectively collaborates and supports their clients in a constantly changing landscape of Canadian business immigration Associate/Lawyer responsibility include: Supporting clients in immigration program management and compliance. Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for various types of PR files. Completes strategy calls with clients and ensuring options are given and thinks creatively for solutions Updates clients on new or updated processes- With guidance from Manager/Partner or CSM, deals with client escalations. Trains, coaches and reviews analysts work for accuracy and ensure meeting client SLA. Research issues address them proactively and formulate solutions. Consistently completes cases accurately and within SLAs. Can identify errors from missing information or missed information provided and update as required. Effectively utilizes on-line legal research tools and firms’ resources to continually enhance knowledge of immigration law, procedures, and best practice Participates in technical training for clients, analysts and lawyers Requirements for the Associate/Lawyer Minimum of 3 years’ experience and knowledge of Canadian immigration law and working on permanent residency cases. Proven ability to build strong working relationships with clients and staff Responsible for managing a broad caseload in a fast-paced environment. Ability to identify issues and analyze facts Effectively utilize on-line research tools and comfortable working with client management systems. Displays professionalism, quality service and a “positive” can do attitude and contribute to the Firm’s overall initiatives. Previous experience training and coaching staff We are working in a hybrid model of 2 days at the office and 3 days from home.
