Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 20 offices in 10 states, has an immediate opportunity for a Partner to join our General Liability Insurance Defense practice group in our Greensboro, North Carolina office. THE QUALIFICATIONS Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of trial experience including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, preparing for mediations and going to trial. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has experience in a General Liability Insurance Defense practice.
