The ideal candidate will have experience with an AmLaw 200 tax group or in the federal Tax M&A group, or an area that clearly is ancillary to M&A, at a Big 4 Accounting firm. The ideal candidate will also have a LL.M. in Tax. The lawyer can be resident in the following Taft offices: Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Detroit, Indianapolis, or Minneapolis.
