Job Description: White-Collar/National Security Litigation Associate | Washington, DC | #3302 Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking an Associate with 3-5 years of experience to work with its White-Collar and National Security teams within the Litigation practice group in the Washington, DC office. We are looking to add a team member with: A background in white-collar defense, national security, and related litigation matters with a particular focus on discrete government facing internal, and cross-border investigations. Experience with conducting internal investigations and assessing corporate risk. Extensive knowledge about issues that involve the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and anti-money laundering (AML) investigations is a requirement. The Associate will join a practice that advises corporate and individual clients on all aspects of complex regulatory and criminal matters before various federal agencies including the Departments of Justice, State, Commerce, Defense, Treasury, Homeland Security, and the intelligence community. Additionally, the Associate will have extensive interaction with a variety of clients including Fortune 50 publicly traded technology companies, joint venture entities, financial institutions, and high net worth individuals. Job Requirements: We are seeking attorneys who possess: Three to five years of law firm experience. Strong academic records, and impressive writing and communication abilities.
