Legal Administration provides full service corporate secretarial and regulatory support services to a variety of mutual fund complexes including open-end and closed-end funds. </div> <div></div> <div> Some of your key responsibilities include: </div> <div> Provide corporate secretary and regulatory support to a variety of funds and clients. </div> <div> Oversee the preparation of board and committee meeting materials; attend board meetings and draft minutes from the meeting. </div> <div> Work with support staff to insure that they maintain regulatory calendars of all applicable filings for client mutual funds. </div> <div> Draft registration statement updates, new fund registration statement amendments and supplements to prospectuses and SAIs.
