<p>The Cleveland Law Department seeks a transactional attorney to represent the Departments of Public Works, Public Utilities, Public Health and the Mayor’s Office of Sustainability. The work includes regulatory compliance issues, drafting and negotiating contracts, environmental issues, review and drafting of real estate instruments, legislation, and municipal law.</p>

<b>Minimum Qualifications</b>

<p>Required to be in good standing with the Ohio Supreme Court. Strong work ethic, passion for public service, and top-level academic and legal writing skills required.</p>
