Winstead is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. Prior commercial real estate and/or real estate development experience is required; title and survey experience would be helpful. Qualified candidates will have 4+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm. Additionally, one of the following criteria is strongly preferred: (1) Bachelor’s degree; (2) Paralegal certificate or Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies; (3) Certified Legal Assistant.
