The Position and Opportunity The Firm is seeking an attorney with 2-4 years of prior experience in corporate law to practice in the Firm’s Business and Finance Group. Applicants should have experience in corporate and financing transactions, entity formations, contract drafting and negotiation, and other skills normally expected of a corporate/transactional associate. The candidate will support a wide variety of transactional and general corporate work both in the Business and Finance Group and other specialty practice areas. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work well in a team setting and individually.
