Parsons Behle & Latimer has an opening for a full-time litigation paralegal in our Boise, Idaho office. This is an in-office position and requires a bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a litigation paralegal and extensive experience in defending medical malpractice cases, case management, document control, deposition preparation, in-trial assistance, and utilization of litigation software, such as Reveal, iPro, Relativity, etc. The position requires the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients, strong communication and organizational skills, a high level of professionalism, and an ability to multi-task. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required. Requirements: 7+ years litigation experience, including medical malpractice cases, large, complex litigation cases Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate Ability to manage litigation timelines, develop case strategy, and assist in preparation of depositions, subpoenas, discovery, document management, and assisting at trial Must be detail oriented while juggling a number of matters Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and document management software systems Works well on litigation teams with multiple lawyers Use technology-driven timekeeping system for client billing The firm’s generous salary and benefits package includes medical and dental coverage, profit sharing distribution annually after eligibility, life insurance coverage, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and personal leave accrual.
