The New York office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for a Litigation & Trial Practice associate with 3 to 6 years’ experience. A background in insurance litigation, especially insurer-side coverage litigation under Commercial General Liability policies is required. Some experience in representing life insurance companies in cost of insurance litigation and class action defense would be preferred, but is not required. Excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
