Alston & Bird’s Technology & Privacy Practice Group has an immediate opening for a Project Attorney to support technology transactional and data privacy matters. This role is ideal for an experienced attorney seeking a flexible, off-track position with meaningful client engagement. This is a hybrid in-office and remote role. Atlanta, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, and Washington, DC are preferred locations, but qualified candidates who reside in other locations where Alston & Bird has an office will be considered. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of legal experience, with significant experience in technology transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex SaaS and outsourcing agreements. Experience with data privacy and cybersecurity matters is a plus. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
