The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in commercial landlord-tenant disputes, commercial foreclosure litigation, and other real estate litigation matters. Job Requirements: At least 2-3 years of commercial litigation experience, including motion practice, discovery (including e-discovery), and courtroom experience. Commercial landlord-tenant litigation experience, including preparation and service of predicate notices and court pleadings. Experience in, and/or a willingness to learn, commercial foreclosure litigation practice. Strong research and writing skills, including the ability to draft motions and adhere to proper NY citation formatting. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials. Self-motivated and organized. In accordance with the New York State Pay Transparency Law, New York City Human Rights Law, the Colorado Equal Pay Act, and the California Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position in New York State, New York City, Colorado, and California is $260,000 - $310,000max/yr. This range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. An individual’s actual compensation will depend on the individual’s qualifications and experience.
