Experience in other international trade remedy investigations, such as antidumping, countervailing, safeguards, section 232 national security reviews, and section 301 proceedings, is a plus. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, two to five years of section 337 experience and/or international trade experience. An undergraduate technical degree is helpful, but not required, for candidates with relevant experience.
