Description
King & Spalding seeks an associate for its international trade practice group, with a focus on ITC section 337 investigations in the Washington, DC office. Experience in other international trade remedy investigations, such as antidumping, countervailing, safeguards, section 232 national security reviews, and section 301 proceedings, is a plus. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, two to five years of section 337 experience and/or international trade experience. An undergraduate technical degree is helpful, but not required, for candidates with relevant experience.
