The rapidly growing New Jersey office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire an employment litigation associate to join our Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3-5 years of experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners and more senior associates. We are looking for the next team member to join our community, take on important client-facing work right away and who wants to grow their skill. Typical day-to-day opportunities include working as part of a team handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. You will work with clients on various day-to-day advice and counseling issues. You will also have the opportunity to work directly with clients. We are looking for attorneys with excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, commitment to and empathy for their fellow team members, a desire to build a book of business and a relentless commitment to growth and client service. Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required. New York admission is preferred. We are accepting resumes from search firms for this position.
