The Westport, Connecticut office of Kaufman Dolowich, an AV-rated® firm seeks a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in the Connecticut Courts to join our Employment & Labor team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from inception through resolution. Handle extensive discovery practice. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Experience handling litigation in federal and state court in Connecticut. Experience developing strategy, drafting pleadings, taking/defending depositions, arguing motions and the capability of working independently. JD from an ABA accredited law school. Admitted to practice in Connecticut.
