Our Trusts & Estates attorneys marshal the resources of Seyfarth’s full-service platform—including our tax, real estate, corporate and securities, and insurance groups while providing the personal attention that is more typical of an estate-planning boutique. Beyond a thorough knowledge of tax and family law, our team is adept at navigating complex, sensitive family dynamics, as well as the conflicts and emotions that often accompany them. In fact, our Trusts & Estates attorneys often represent several generations within the same family—a testament to the effectiveness of our counsel, our long-term commitment to clients, and the loyalty these deep relationships engender. At least 3 years of experience in trust and estate planning, administration and litigation including: Will and trust preparation Providing counsel on avoiding probate, protecting assets from creditors and minimizing tax ramifications when transferring wealth Counseling on tax-effective methods of charitable giving It is an essential job requirement to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for this role.
