Job Description Summary:Fenwick is seeking a mid-level associate to join our growing antitrust practice in the Washington, DC office. Qualified applicants should have a minimum of three (3) years of experience on transactional antitrust matters, including HSR and deal counseling, and merger investigations before the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Justice, and the state attorneys general offices. Experience with other antitrust counseling and agency-facing matters is also desired. In addition, applicants must possess superb research, writing, and analytic skills, an ability to work creatively, both independently and as part of a team. All applicants must have excellent academic credentials and references. The anticipated range for this position is: $260,000 - $390,000 Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
