Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC, a full-service national law firm, is seeking an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group for either the Pittsburgh or Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have transactional experience, including, but not limited to, mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases, divestures, financings, and general contract matters.
