Requires four (4) years of experience as an associate attorney, lawyer, or related job/role/occupation with a law firm focusing on antitrust and competition matters. Experience must include: Researching and drafting advocacy submissions in support of antitrust clearance processes from the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), state attorneys general and international competition law enforcement agencies; Delivering presentations to government attorneys and engaging with government attorneys in negotiations; Leading due diligence and contract negotiations on behalf of clients; Acting in depositions, investigational hearings, and providing support in responses to subpoenas and civil investigation demands; Managing document productions and managing provision of economic analysis in support of antitrust and competition matters; Reviewing proposed transactions to advise clients on transaction risks and regulatory clearance paths; and Drafting and negotiating contractual agreements with counterparties for corporate transactions.
