Our sophisticated litigation practice includes handling complex matters, primarily in the fields of construction, general and professional liability, insurance, and commercial law. Qualified candidates must have experience independently handling their own caseload under the supervision of one or more partners, from intake through trial preparation, including settling cases at mediations, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and communicating with experts and clients.
