We are seeking a highly qualified oil & gas associate with midstream and marketing experience to join our sophisticated and vibrant natural resources practice. Relevant legal experience includes advising clients on gathering, transportation, processing, fractionation and marketing of oil and gas as well as advising on issues related to federal and state regulation of pipelines in connection with corridor certificates, tariffs, rate cases, pipeline safety and rights-of-way. Four years of large law firm or energy boutique firm experience is preferred. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills. Applicants should be entrepreneurial, team oriented, and highly motivated to help us grow our practice and serve our clients.
