Requires a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science and one year of experience in patent litigation or patent law. JD must be from a top 25 ranked law school by U.S. World & News Report or candidate must be in top 10% of law class. Must possess one year of patent law or patent litigation experience from an AmLaw 200 law firm. Must be admitted to practice in any state in the U.S. and be eligible to be waived into the DC State Bar. Must be available to travel nationally/internationally (20%).
