The Atlanta office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP seeks a highly qualified mid-level Corporate Associate with 4 - 6 years of general corporate experience, with a preference for substantial M&A (including strategic investments with public and private companies), corporate finance, and commercial contracting experience. The successful candidate will have significant experience drafting and negotiating transactional agreements (including ancillary documents and diligence reports in connection with the acquisition and disposition of public and private companies), licensing agreements, and other commercial agreements. Candidates should have a high level of initiative and engagement, an entrepreneurial attitude, and a demonstrable commitment to becoming a partner. We require excellent academic credentials and sophisticated analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Must be admitted to the Georgia Bar within six (6) months of hire.
