This includes managing all of the processes associated with property acquisitions, sales and leases. </div> <div></div> <div> Principal Accountabilities </div> <div></div> <div> Manage Campbell’s global real estate portfolio. This includes transaction management and lease administration for Campbell’s real estate locations. Analytical responsibility to assess data for all upcoming options, expirations dates, etc. and develop action plan to address. </div> <div></div> <div> Negotiate and draft leases, lease amendments, purchase and sale agreements, easements, listing agreements and other related real estate documents. This involves, proofreading, summarizing and marking up agreements. Resolve outstanding issues. Manage 3rd party/vendor relationships. </div> <div></div> <div> Manage location analysis, site selection and due diligence activities for all new Campbell locations. Manage all real property due diligence in connection with property dispositions, company merger &amp; acquisitions and the integration of real estate for all company acquisitions. </div> <div></div> <div> Work closely with supply chain and finance to align Campbell’s supply chain strategy with its real estate portfolio. </div> <div></div> <div> Accountable for all documentation/records associated with Campbell's real estate transactions globally, including maintenance of real estate files. Responsible for ensuring that all of the appropriate Campbell processes are followed according to policies (document retention, capital approval projects, authorizations, etc.) </div> <div></div> <div> Complexity and Scope </div> <div></div> <div> Understand local real estate dynamics around the world – will require finding appropriate vendors to assist in locations globally </div> <div> Ability to work independently and autonomously </div> <div> Complexity of managing local real estate practices and laws and Campbell expectations </div> <div> Travel up to 25% </div> <div></div> <div> Job Specifications </div> <div></div> <div> Minimum education required: Bachelor's Degree </div> <div> Education desired: Master's Degree or Juris Doctorate </div> <div> Years of relevant experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant real estate experience.
