The firm is seeking experienced Products Liability attorneys to join the firm’s robust products liability practice group. Qualified candidates for any of our 16 offices will be considered. Candidates must have a substantial and self-sufficient book of portable business (ideally $400,000+) as well as a demonstrated drive and the potential for additional business generation. Candidates will have the opportunity to take advantage of a well-developed national platform to expand his/her existing client base. Our firm offers flexibility with rates and client service arrangements, with outstanding cross-selling opportunities and autonomy. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction where they reside and their license must be active and in good standing. Desired Background Experience defending the interests of manufacturers for claims relating to design, warnings, mismanufacture, and warranty claims Experience evaluating case exposure and advising on federal regulatory compliance, instruction manuals, technical training, warning labels, and other measures to minimize future liability threats. Experience with litigation involving serious personal injuries and wrongful death, economic loss, and defect claims Portable book of business with the ability to support other’s clients.
