Litigation Associate - California or Massachusetts

Hooper, Lundy & Bookman, P.C., a leading national healthcare law firm, is looking for a litigation associate with 1-4 years’ experience to join our Los Angeles, San Francisco, or San Diego office. The position will have a primary focus on litigation in state and federal court, False Claims Act litigation, and healthcare fraud and abuse enforcement actions and investigations. The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials and superior writing, advocacy and communication skills, a strong interest in health law and policy, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines and collaborate effectively with attorneys across different offices. Former clerkships will be viewed favorably. This is a unique opportunity to have an active role on interesting, challenging cases and work at a specialized firm in consistently evolving areas of the law, handling a wide variety of litigation matters in support of vital health care providers. The firm offers flexibility regarding remote work arrangements. The salary range for this position is $175,000 to $275,000 annually. Actual salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
