Where you can truly be yourself. The Department Our firm has a leading Litigation and Arbitration practice, with over 170 lawyers across Europe, Asia Pacific, the US and the Caribbean. The team acts in complex multi-jurisdictional disputes of all kinds and we represent a broad range of domestic and international clients, from individuals to major brands and large corporate entities. As well as acting in contractual disputes, we are known for working in public international law, international arbitration (investment treaty and commercial), financial services, art and cultural property, equity and fraud, reputation management, insolvency, international trusts and enforcement. The Role We are looking for a robust, career-minded Paralegal to join our Litigation team. Areas of focus and responsibilities Collating bundles for hearings – electronic and hardcopy Assist with preparation for hearings Electronic and hard copy document management Assist with drafting correspondence Carrying out legal and business research, due diligence and disclosure Drafting, reviewing, amending and proof-reading materials and documents Working with the lawyers to prepare fee estimates and pitches Managing litigation filings and documents Management of large-scale litigation projects including budget, quality control and timescale Setting up project plans and monitoring and updating these Managing complex billing processes including the production of spreadsheets of costs incurred General administrative duties This list of duties and responsibilities is not exhaustive.
