Job Description To sustain its growth, Allen & Overy is currently looking for a Funds Lawyer for our Corporate practice group in Sydney. Our leading practice offers a complete service and a comprehensive, cross-border capability, in conjunction with Allen & Overy’s other international offices. We handle a wide variety of transactional and advisory work for banks, corporates, public entities, financial institutions in Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets, Technology Media & Telecom and Antitrust. Key requirements We are looking for Australian or New Zealand qualified lawyers with 3 to 7 years of experience. Any Asian languages are an advantage as we work closely with our colleagues in APAC. You should be a team player with entrepreneurial spirit and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate would have prior private practice experience across funds investment, financial services, regulatory, privacy and licensing.
