Description: Selman Breitman LLP is looking for an attorney with a minimum of two years of insurance coverage experience to join our Los Angeles office. This position is an incredible opportunity for attorneys looking to take a leadership role in a growing West Coast firm and have direct interaction with senior partners and firm clients. Position Responsibilities: Evaluating and advising clients on coverage obligations for first- and third-party insurance matters, primarily for CGL, E&O, and specialty auto insurance coverages across the Western United States Drafting and reviewing coverage opinions Drafting memoranda and reservation of rights Insurance coverage litigation, including declaratory relief, contribution, indemnity, and bad faith matters Oversight of underlying matters Qualifications: Outstanding academic credentials Admitted to practice in California A minimum of two years of insurance coverage experience Strong analytical and research skills Superior written and oral communication skills Legal project management experience Selman Breitman offers competitive compensation and benefits, as well as a collegial and inclusive environment with opportunities for growth.
