Candidates should have experience handling various aspects of an employment law practice, including legal research, drafting pleadings on an independent basis, handling discovery, depositions, and oral arguments. Ideal candidates must be comfortable with handling all phases of litigation. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong research, organization, written and oral communication skills. Applicants should be entrepreneurial, team oriented, and highly motivated to serve our clients and grow our practice. Experience in an employment law group at a large law firm or an employment law boutique firm is preferred.
