The ideal candidate first chairs lease negotiations for sophisticated institutional clients, including full floor office leases and anchor retail leases. LP customarily represents office landlords in Chicago and nationwide, and we are seeking a candidate with office leasing experience and/or development experience to build upon our strengths. A candidate who customarily represents tenants or who specializes in retail, medical office, or industrial would be complementary and accretive. Portable business is not required.
