New York The New York office is seeking a litigation associate with 4 - 6 years of experience in business and commercial litigation. Ideal candidates will have: - Significant responsibility in litigating in state and federal courts and/or arbitral forums, including drafting pleadings, briefs, motion practice, handling discovery, and case management. - Experience with depositions, oral argument, and trial/arbitration preparation. - Outstanding oral and written advocacy and communication skills. - A high level of academic achievement. - Admission to the New York State Bar.
