The Los Angeles office of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking a seniorassociate/senior counsel to work in its growing Employment, Labor &Workforce Management (ELWM) practice. Ideal candidate should haveseven to ten years of commercial litigation experience, including knowledge of,and experience with, trade secret and restrictive covenant/employee mobilityissues. Commercial litigation hasincluded, but not limited to: fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciaryduty, breach of commercial leases, breach of partnership agreements,shareholder disputes, unfair competition, trade secret and restrictivecovenant, as well as soft IP litigation in trademark and copyright.
