The ideal candidate will have at 2+ years of patent prosecution experience, including but not limited to the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, managing global patent portfolios, client counseling, and opinion development. Practical experience and an in-depth knowledge of Biology or Biotechnology is required. Some litigation (district court and/or at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board) and/or some IP licensing experience is preferred but not required. A keen interest in litigation is required.
