Twomey, Latham, Shea, Kelley, Dubin & Quartararo, LLP is seeking a full-time Senior Estate Planning Paralegal to assist attorneys with all aspects of estate planning and trust matters including drafting documents and funding trusts. Our Trusts & Estates Department is growing and ranges from simple to sophisticated plans. Job Description: Drafting of estate planning documents including Wills, Revocable Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, and other estate planning documents. Deed and transfer document preparation. Funding trusts. Correspondence with clients. Coordination with accountants. Benefits: Paid time off (vacation, sick time and national holidays). Health Insurance premium contribution. 401(k).
