Holland & Hart is seeking attorneys with commercial litigation and/or labor and employment experience to join the firm in our Salt Lake City office. Position Requirements Ideal candidates will have 2-6 years in private practice. We are seeking attorneys with commercial litigation and/or labor and employment experience, and who have the ability to counsel clients, manage discovery, take depositions, and draft and argue briefs. We seek strong writers with excellent analytical and oral communication skills. Compensation and Expectations Holland & Hart’s compensation is merit-based—you’ll be evaluated on your individual performance and achievements and on your contributions to the team’s efforts. Our generous bonus program rewards financial contributions and hard work and associates are also eligible for fee splits. Holland & Hart expects associates to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), in addition to at least 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
