Responsibilities and practice The Dallas office of Dentons US LLP is seeking a PhD level scientist interested in pursuing a career in patent law to join our sophisticated Intellectual Property & Technology group, which focuses on the biotechnology/life science technologies. The person hired for this position will be part of an expert team and will work collaboratively with others, and to be trained to in patent prosecution. Responsibilities include: Draft and prosecute domestic and foreign patent applications in the fields of biotechnology and life sciences Conduct technical research to support clients’ technology Provide technical support for the practice This is a great opportunity to work with a group of dedicated professionals who are passionate about their work, and to enjoy the benefits of a growing international law firm.
