We have an immediate opening for an Intellectual Property Associate Attorney with two to seven years of experience and will consider candidates for our Milwaukee or Madison office. Our IP team leads litigation, prepares and prosecutes trademark and patent applications, supports corporate transactions, and drafts and negotiates technology agreements. The open position involves work in all these aspects of intellectual property. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working on a high performing team. A degree in engineering or science or otherwise being eligible to sit for the patent bar is required. We seek individuals whose previous experiences and personal skills mark them as future leaders in the firm and in the community.
