Winstead PC is seeking a junior litigation attorney to work with our Real Estate Development & Investments team in Austin. This associate will work closely with our Real Estate attorneys in representing entities, individuals and property owners’ associations in a variety of commercial and real estate matters, including litigation and mediation. Representative matters include representing associations and developers in matters regarding operational issues, interpretation and application of covenants, coordination of meetings and elections, preparation and review of property use agreements, and enforcement of restrictive covenants and community rules. This group also works on oversight of fiscal matters like budgeting, special assessments, and maintenance of reserve funds, along with counseling in every phase of community development transition.
