The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in areas of commercial real estate transactions; real estate development; leasing; land use and zoning; and mortgage lending. A demonstrated understanding of real property law and real estate finance; and the ability to handle significant responsibility. Significant client interaction will be expected, along with strong written and oral communication skills, creative problem-solving skills, and an aptitude for business generation. Our team is closely following the new climate change rules in Maryland and how that will impact building requirements. The Real Estate Practice Group works with our Environmental and Energy Practice Group to develop sustainable energy projects. A complete benefits package and competitive salary are offered.
