JMBM seeks an exceptional corporate associate with 1-3 years of experience to join a team of corporate attorneys, representing middle market clients and capital providers on a variety of business transactions. Candidates should have a strong general corporate transactional background, including experience in one or more of the following areas: M&A, equity and debt financings, joint ventures, technology transactions and “outside GC” work. Solid experience in drafting and reviewing corporate documentation is required. Excellent academic credentials, as well as strong written, interpersonal and communication skills are required. Our corporate clients include public and private companies, high net worth individuals, and family offices. They span a diverse range of industries, including consumer products, technology/media/telecom, entertainment, food and beverage, financial services and manufacturing/distribution. The actual base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and experience in the legal industry. As of the date of posting, JMBM reasonably expects to pay between $210K and $260K in base compensation for this position. Bonuses can be significant for strong performance.
