BIOTECH PATENT ASSOCIATE Leydig, Voit & Mayer Ltd., a Chicago-based intellectual property law practice of over 80 attorneys and technical advisors, seeks an experienced biotech patent associate to join our Chicago office. Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in the intellectual property field (including patent application preparation and prosecution, opinions and client counseling), possess strong writing/analytical skills, superior academic credentials, and a technical background in biology, genetics, cell biology, microbiology, molecular biology or a related field. An advanced technical degree is desirable, but not required. All candidates must be registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office for a minimum of three years.
