We are seeking an associate in law school class years 2021 through 2023 to join our Technology Transactions practice. The ideal candidate will have experience advising clients on technology-driven transactions, including licensing, commercial agreements, and IP considerations in corporate deals. Experience working on technology-related and commercial agreements, including software and SaaS licensing, cloud services and data processing agreements, joint development, R&D, and collaboration agreements is also preferred.
The annual compensation range for this position is between $235,000 and $310,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
