Paul Hasting’ Structured Credit Group is seeking an Associate with at least 6 years of experience to join one of its CLO teams in NY. The ideal candidate has significant experience dealing with credit products and collateralized loan obligation transactions and has represented investment banks (as both arranger and financing provider) and investment advisors (as collateral manager and equity investors) in connection with various CLO and related warehouse financing transactions.This CLO group is led by a Chambers Ranked “up and coming” partner with opportunity to work on a lean team and have client facing responsibilities and hands-on mentorship. The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $365,000 and a maximum of $435,000 (annually).
