We are looking to attract a lawyer to join our Healthcare team in our Johannesburg office. You will work mainly with partners, Mphengoa Phooko and Athol Gordon who have extensive experience in medical malpractice matters and provide advice on all types of health sector disputes focusing on medical negligence matters. We are keen to secure an experienced associate who has previous exposure in medial law in relation to all aspects of professional practice, including claims, disciplinary proceedings, inquests and professional conduct matters. Requirements: 3 years PQE Experience from a reputable law firm Excellent legal research, writing and verbal communication skills; Strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to handle matters of a highly sensitive nature; Ability to handle time sensitive matters, sometimes several simultaneously; Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects; Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
