<p><b>Summary </b></p>
<p>The Business Affairs Coordinator (Part-Time) will work closely with producers, creatives, and other executives providing day-to-day support for the content creation process.<br> </p>
<p></p>
<p><b>Responsibilities </b></p>
<ul>
<li>Draft standard template releases and related agreements for productions </li>
<li>Coordinate deal requests and track outstanding agreements through execution, distribution, and filing (internally and externally) </li>
<li>Manage cross-departmental operational trackers and status reports </li>
<li>Review deals to synthesize information and create summaries to guide the Films leadership team and other relevant stakeholders </li>
<li>Attend production planning meetings with Producers, Talent, and Field Operations teams to understand logistics of upcoming shoots </li>
<li>Review content for any potential issues, legal or otherwise </li>Train and monitor interns
</ul>

<p><b>Required Qualifications </b></p>J.D. from an ABA accredited law school, or a combination of a four-year degree in Business Administration (or related field) plus four years of relevant work experience as a contract administrator/transactional paralegal in a law firm, legal department, or business affairs department

<p><b>Preferred Qualifications </b></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in business/legal side of media and entertainment industry </li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Smartsheets
