Seyfarth Shaw's Boston office is seeking a Real Estate Associate or Counsel with at least 5 years of significant commercial real estate leasing experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with retail and office leases and subleases, including ground leases, build-to-suit development, shopping centers, and PAD sites. Candidates should have experience with drafting and negotiating commercial leases, including amendments and modifications, and other ancillary documents such as SNDAs, Estoppel Certificates, REA and other related matters as well as due diligence. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required.
