Thompson Hine LLP seeks a mid-level associate ideally with four to seven years of experience to join its Labor & Employment practice based in Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, or Dayton, Ohio. Experience counseling clients on a variety of employment issues and representing clients in single plaintiff and class/collective action employment and wage & hour litigation. ERISA litigation experience is a plus. A superior academic record, strong work ethic, and excellent writing and research skills required. Counsel level candidates will be considered for our Washington, DC or Chicago offices as well the offices identified above.
